Five Years Old
Can you remember turning five? Since most of our students start school at TCC at four, we have many fifth birthday parties every year. But this year TCC itself turned five! And just as an unbelievable amount of energy and care needs to go into a child by the time they reach five, so also for TCC. I cannot express sufficient thanks to the staff, volunteers, individual sponsors, corporate donors, families, students, trustees, partners and everyone else who has contributed to TCC’s growth thus far!
On 12 November we had a wonderful celebration of TCC’s fifth year, where sponsors and supporters could interact with the staff, students and parents at the TCC campus. Thanks to all who joined us, and especially to those who helped host the celebration.

Grade 3 Classroom
There has been an important change to our campus since the celebration earlier this month – we now have a Grade 3 classroom! Table Bay Panels has done an excellent job of assembling a new classroom in a matter of days, to the delight especially of our soon-to-be Grade 3s. They have been our ’pioneer’ class every year, and have often had to wait to the last minute to find out where their next classroom or teacher will come from.
We remain committed to our plan of adding a grade every year until we reach Grade 7 in 2021. It has been a journey of faith and we appreciate your prayers for the school as we strive to serve our current students well while also making space for more.

Our Biggest Outing Yet
In the midst of all the other activities this term we also had our biggest outing yet. Golden Arrow kindly gave us a discount on hiring a bus so that our whole school – staff and students – could take a trip together to Green Point Park.

Christmas Blessings
We want to wish you all a blessed Christmas! If our vision resonates with you and you are spending time with friends and family this Christmas, please consider using the opportunity to tell them about TCC and why you support us.
